These terms cover the use of 247generalsolutions.com, the website of 24/7 General Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), a sprinkler, irrigation and landscaping business in Salt Lake City, Utah. They also describe a private software integration the owner of the business uses to manage the business's own TikTok account, in section 6.

1. Using this website

This website describes our services and lets you contact us or request an estimate. Its content is general information about our work and does not replace an on-site look at your system.

2. Estimates

Requesting an estimate is free and does not commit you or us to anything. The scope and price of any work are agreed with you directly before the work begins.

3. Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from us, our SMS Terms & Conditions apply. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Photos and content

The photos on this website show our own work. Please do not reuse them without our permission.

5. Links to other websites

This website links to services we do not operate, such as Thumbtack and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. Owner-operated TikTok integration

The owner of 24/7 General Solutions has registered an application named "Ramirez - Composio" with TikTok for Developers. It is a private integration that connects the owner's own TikTok account to Composio, a third-party automation service, through TikTok's authorization process. It lets the owner:

view information from that TikTok account, such as its profile, its videos and their statistics, and keep a record of those statistics in Google Sheets or Supabase; and
publish videos the owner chooses to that account.

The integration is used only by the owner to manage the business's own account. It is not offered to customers or to the public, and you do not need it, or a TikTok account, to request or receive our services.

"Ramirez - Composio" is not an official product of TikTok or of Composio, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either company. Use of TikTok and of Composio is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The owner can revoke the integration's access to the TikTok account at any time.

The data handled through this integration is described in our Privacy Policy.
